"Christ died for the vilest of the vile"

The webster dictionary defines the word vile as wretchedly bad. In Romans 1:26 it speaks of vile affections. The phrase vile affections can be defined as disgraceful passions, or lust. The world is controlled by these affections. What do you mean preacher? 1 John 2:15-17 says; Love not the world, neither the things  that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. This is what controls a wretchedly bad person. You may say, I'm not a bad person. I try to do good, and I know right from wrong. The bible says in Romans 3:23; For all have  of sinned, and come short of the glory of God. We all stand before God inexcusable. I have no good works to bring to him to appease me of my sins. My sins and your sins cannot be appeased except by one way, which the love of God has given us.

Jesus Christ the Son of God is the way. John 3:16; For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. The only way to bring peace between you and God is thru the shed blood of Jesus Christ. He came to this world to die upon the cross, and shed his blood, paid your sin debt, and made the way to cleanse you from all unrighteousness. I tell you today, you have a decision to make. You can accept His sacrificial gift by faith. He has shown his unmerited favor toward us by his death upon the cross, and has risen again for our justification, and sit's at the right hand of the Father ready to make intercession for those who call upon his name.

Now what will you do with Him today? Will you let your vile affections take you over, and separate you from the love of God eternally. What do you mean preacher? To reject God's Son, is to reject his love. Jesus said; I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man cometh to the Father but by me. The word of God says this in John 3:18; He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. What condemnation are you talking about preacher? You will be condemned to a devil's hell.

Hell, the bible says was prepared for the devil and his angels. Satan and the angels that followed him, rebelled against God and his Word. Satan has been deceiving mankind and getting him to rebel against God and his word since the garden of Eden. Hell is a place of torment where the fire is not quenched, and the worm dieth not. The bible says a rich man lifted his eyes in this place of torment and saw a poor beggar afar off, who use to lay at his gate begging for scraps. The rich man saw the beggar man was comforted, that he had eternal peace with God. The rich man knew it was to late for him, but he wanted to taste a little of that comfort. He wanted the beggar man to bring him just a drop of water and cool his tongue, because he was tormented in the flame.

The bible says in Hebrews 9:27; And as it is appointed unto man once to die, but after this the judgement. We see physical death everyday. The spirit of man, or the soul of man goes back to God who gave it. Simply put my friend there are two eternal destinations, heaven or hell. The only way to avoid the eternal damnation is to accept God's plan of salvation. Romans 10:9 says; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. The Holy Spirit is bidding you to come today. Repent and believe the gospel.
